We thought maybe you could use some new tunes for your autumnal soundtrack. Because this is where we are at in the year, that precious time where greenery is yellowing, gourds are aplenty, and you can use 'autumnal' as an adjective to describe just about anything.

Next week, Chicago favorite Angel Olsen is dropping her new album Phases and we'll have copies for you (in olive green vinyl, because we love specialty vinyl). Those boys in Whitney are also putting out a record, Light Upon the Lake: Demo Recordings including de-mixed versions of songs you love, and some you haven't heard, but certainly will love.

On our autumnal walks to and from Clark & Adams or on our turntables in our homes, these are the tunes that make us slow down a bit and enjoy what fall in the Midwest has to offer.
